To host OASIS interns, employers are required to:

• Be professionally recognized in their field
• Offer meaningful opportunities for observation and participation in areas which provide the intern with experience in (or an understanding of) a variety of professional functions
• Employ staff members who are qualified to provide supervision to student interns
• Have sound administrative procedures in the areas of personnel management, budget, operations and maintenance

So that they gain the most value from their experience, our representatives make every effort to match each student's needs to a very specific employer. For example, if a law student is studying criminal law, we wouldn't place them with an attorney's office that practices family law.
